It has marvellous and exceptionally nice location right by restaurants, downtown, and UH and Gulfgate shopping area. The hotel staff is helpful and professional. Having central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven in our recently renovated and large room.

The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. The staff was friendly and reached out to confirm my reservation. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and stores. Breakfast included cereal, muffins, milk, juice, and coffee with creamer. The fixtures in the renovated place looked amazing.

hotel was fairly clean, and the location was great and favourable. the room was recently refurbished and large with a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a fridge. the rate was us$ 117. location: the property was just off restaurants and major super stores as well as major super stores.

Only stayed 1 night, as we didn't have time, but glad that chose this nice hotel. There were central heating, TV, and a microwave oven in the room, greatly enjoyed that. The location couldn't be more great and good close to downtown. Besides, it was really close to an industrial area and city center.
